Ghanaian SMEs Enjoy Discounts at HR Event
Organizers of Ghana's biggest Recruitment and Talent Management Exhibition and Conference have announced special discount promotion for exhibitors and delegates of small and new businesses who want to increase their profits through the right application of Human Capital at the event. This important event, dubbed "Brighter Futures 2010", takes place at the Accra International Conference Centre from 8-10 July and is organized by Occupational Management Limited, an international Human Resource consultancy.
Announcing the April Madness Promotion, a spokesman of the organizers said, "Though we have had tremendous interest from multinational companies and organisations, we are also committed to ensuring that any company who identifies HR as the vital key in the implementation of corporate strategy, is not left out of the benefits of participating in this world-class event. Over 10,000 jobseekers, graduates, mid-career executives, redundant workers are expected to visit the exhibition for free and will attend free CV clinics and tips on Interview Skills over the duration of the event. Attendees will also take advantage of the "Wall of Opportunity" where hundreds of job vacancies in companies across Ghana and Africa will be showcased.
The spokesman added, "Furthermore, we have reduced by over 30 percent conference fees for CEOs, Managing Directors, HR Directors and Managers responsible for Staffing, Recruitment, Talent Management, Organisational Development, Training and Development, etc attending the summit. Delegates will receive lectures, practical workshops and case studies from the HR experience of experts from reputable institutions like Ghana Commercial Bank, Ecobank, Anglogold Ashanti, Ashesi University, University of Johannesburg, London Metropolitan University, etc. Lastly, the outsourcing and networking opportunities presented at Brighter Futures 2010 will be enormous with international businesses coming down for the event."
Key note addresses will be delivered by top level career experts like Felix Nana Sackey, the Managing Partner of Deloitte and Touché and Dr Geoff Kirkwood, Group CEO for Asia, Middle East and Africa of Lifestyle Architecture, a global career development company with Professor Kofi Quashigah, President of Ghana Association for Certified Mediators and Arbitrators as co-chairman of the conference.
