Location: Ghana Our client is a diversified professional insurance brokerage company providing high quality insurance broking services to micro, small and medium enterprises and individuals as well as multinational institutions in Ghana. Our client is seeking a CEO/Managing Director with insurance brokering experience to join the team. The right candidate will preferably have practitioner experience as an insurance broker or related fields such as a laws adjuster, actuary, or banking (in the role of managing insurance etc). The right candidate will also be energetic and result driven to contribute to the continual growth of the Company. This role is ideal for someone looking for an opportunity to challenge him/her self and realise their potential with the right knowledge and experience to manage the company. Person Specification Proven account management and business development skills gained within the Insurance industry Deep understanding of the control, regulatory and risk issues in [Insurance Brokerage – in Ghana]. Displays specialist knowledge on relevant markets. Excellent understanding of relevant regulatory environment and current regulatory issues Deep experience in risk based auditing or risk/control activities Insurance industry sector knowledge. Demonstrable experience in management and leadership.
